The most common side effect is tooth increased sensitivity particularly to cold. These symptoms usually go away when whitening is discontinued. Tray Tooth whitening is safe and one of the most conservative dental cosmetic procedures.
Following a consultation for suitability for teeth whitening. We will make you two custom fit trays that perfectly fit your individual teeth. The fit of the tray is critical to success of treatment. Impressions are made by the dentist. Accurate models of your teeth are obtained from which custom fitting whitening trays can be made.
Then over a period of about 10 days to two weeks a whitening gel is placed in trays that fit over your teeth.
